Setting up effective HR strategies is one of Mirtha’s fortes – this can encompass devising a people management strategy tailored to your business needs, setting Key Performance Indicators and performance review systems to ensure your employees are giving their best contribution to your organisation’s bottom line.

Whether by negotiating with trade unions, or advising senior managers and directors, Mirtha also has a strong record of resolving difficult or delicate employment issues.

As well as being a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Mirtha has a Diploma in Personnel Management, and an MA in Human Resources Management, having specialised in Corporate Strategy.
